The 16 Amendment was not passed legitimately, that is to say Secretary State Knox on February 25, 1913 simply stated it was in effect but never stated it was lawfully ratified. I purchased Benson & Beckman two volumes of research "The Law that Never Was Vol. 1 & 2 and confirmed there were ONLY 4 states that had absolutely accurately ratified their vote.

The United States needed 3/4 of the then 48 states or 36 to ratify.

MINUS Ohio was counted as a State before it was admitted to the Union (48-1=47),

MINUS Benson/Beckman found 7 states (47-7 = 40) not ratified and so reported,

MINUS 3 states (40-3=37) not ratified but reported as ratified,

MINUS 9 states (37-9=28) with missing or incomplete evidence of ratification but reported as ratified,

MINUS 6 states (28-6=22) failed to have the governor or other official to sign required by the State Constitution.

MINUS there were 6 other groups of defects and word changes that affected 36 states who reported they had ratified.

So you can see the 3/4 majority of 36 was not met even disregarding the 6 other groups of defects and word changes.

There were similar defects in the 14th and 15th Amendments.

Even if this amendment were properly ratified SCOTUS has ruled that the 16th Amendment did not change the constitutional limits on direct taxes.

It "created no new power of taxation" and that it "did not change the constitutional limitations which forbid any direct taxation of individuals."

The first 2/3 of the income tax is either wasted or lost. Of the remaining
1/3, every dime of IRS income tax goes to private lenders for interest
only on the exponentially escalating national debt. This fact was
revealed by the Grace Commission (PPSS) in the Reagan
Administration. Not one dime goes to reduce the national debt or run
our government. Therefore, Congress must borrow more to pay for its
ways to help the people by helping them out of their money. Congress
does this by borrowing from the unconstitutional Fed, raising taxes to
pay the debt to the owners of the Fed, and raiding the Social Security
Fund, which is now missing $4 trillion. Clinton stole $10 billion from

Is the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) an organization within the U.S. Department of the Treasury?

Answer: No. The IRS is not an organization within the United States Department of the Treasury. Answer: The IRS appears to be a collection agency working for foreign banks and operating out of Puerto Rico under color of the Federal Alcohol Administration (“FAA”). When all the evidence is examined objectively, IRS appears to be a money laundry, extortion racket, and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1951 and 1961 et seq. (“RICO”). Think of Puerto RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act); in other words, it is an organized crime syndicate operating under false and fraudulent pretenses. Tax Taking 101 - How Corporations Stick It To Individuals

1. Corporations pay about 7% to 16% per year of the total IRS federal revenue tax taking for years 1994 – 2012. See black line with blue triangle data points.

2. Individuals pay about 37% to 52% per year of the total IRS revenue tax taking for years 1994 – 2012 - see brown line with blue X data points above, some 3 to 7 times more than corporations.

3. If you eliminate the fraudulent individual indirect excise income taxes and transfer that Individual excise tax on the corporations, they will pay about 3.8% to 6.7% more of their total revenue for years 1994 – 2012 and pass most of that thru to their customers in their product and service pricing - see black dash line with yellow square data points above.

chiefly in this way. Fifty millions of livres they raise upon the single article of salt. The Swiss cantons raise almost the whole of their revenue upon salt. Those states purchase all the salt which is to be used
in the country: they sell it out to the people at an advanced price; the advance is the revenue of the country. In England, the whole public revenue is about twelve millions sterling per annum. The land tax amounts to about two millions; the window and some other taxes, to about two millions more. The other eight millions are raised upon articles of consumption. The whole standing army of Great Britain could not enforce the collection of this vast sum by direct taxation. In Holland, their prodigious taxes, amounting to forty shillings for each
inhabitant, are levied chiefly upon articles of consumption. They excise every thing, not excepting even their houses of infamy.
