Where it states: "CERTIFICATION - I attest, under penalty of perjury, that I have examined the document(s) presented by the above-named employee,and that to the best of my knowledge the employee is eligible to work in the United States.” & “I am aware that federal law provides for imprisonment and/or fines for false statements or use of false documents in connection with the completion of this form.”
Mr. Chief Justice John Robert, did you see this document [or equivalent form] containing Barack Obama's signature? Did you see the documents that corroborate his signature? Did you see the name and signature of the employer? If everyone else must verify eligibility to be an employee, why wouldn't you require this of Mr. Obama before he becomes a newly-hired employee and the highest official of the U.S. Government?
